Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen Founded the Academy of Blood Chemistry to provide in-depth blood analysis education for healthcare professionals.

He has a MSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Worcester. He holds Diplomas in NLP, Functional Medicine, and Body Therapies (various).

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Jonathan brings his expertise and vision to revolutionise the blood testing, reporting, and chemistry analysis arena in the UK.

Francesca Mastrojanni

Francesca is extremely passionate about health and about maximising the human body’s remarkable potential for self healing from the inside out, using food, lifestyle and targeted nutrients.

She is a Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC), Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP), Certified Heart Math coach, and Matrescence coach @thenurturewell.

Francesca also runs The Nurture Well, an online functional nutrition clinic specializing in prenatal and postnatal health.

Dr. Jane Barnes, PhD

Dr. Jane Barnes is a Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, CNHC) and EFT practitioner (Optimised Natural Health Ltd). She holds a PhD (Biochemistry) from the Cardiovascular Research Unit at Edinburgh University studying autonomic nervous system and ischaemic arrhythmias.

Dr. Barnes specialises in complex and chronic health conditions, metabolic issues, autoimmunity.

Nutritionist

Yulia Glotzer

Yulia has been a part of the FDX team since 2021. The main focus of her practice is hormone imbalances (PCOS, amenorrhea), thyroid health, fertility after 35, and longevity.

Yulia holds a MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, CT (USA), as well as a Health Coach certificate from the Dr Sears Wellness Institute (USA). She is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (BCNS℠).

Outside of FDX Yulia sees her own clients online as a Nutritionist @vibrantpeoplenutrition.
